There are rumors that the Galaxy S4 will be introduced in April 2013. The Project name of the Galaxy S4 is Project J. The S4 will have a 5 inch AMOLED Display with FULL HD Resolution.
The S4 should be feature also a quad core CPU, latest version of Android, 13 Megapixel camera.

We know already that Samsung has some problems to produce a Full HD AMOLED, so it would be also possible that the display has not a Full HD resolution. For sure the S4 will have NO flexible AMOLED Display technology. We have to wait for the first flexible devices, we think we see the first products in 2014. Check out also our article:
