Hanyang Semiconductor (CEO Kim Tae-sun, www.hylex.kr) displayed the LED Security Lamp with 360-degree beam angle at the 13th International LED & OLED EXPO (LED EXPO 2015 for short), which ran for four days from Tuesday the 23rd to Friday the 26th at KINTEX in Ilsan.
The LED Security Lamp uses Samsung's chips, and it can replace the E39/40 base incandescent lamp, metal lamps, and three-wavelength lamps. With its unique design, the straightness of light has been improved, which is a disadvantage of LED light. It lights up areas in 360 degrees with high luminance and efficiency. It possesses an outstanding heat-sink structure, allowing it to release heat better. The product is also 50% lighter than existing LED luminaires.
The Security Lamp, the company's flagship product, is available in 27W, 36W, 45W, 54W, 60W, 80W, and 100W. It is manufactured with E39/40, so it can be installed without changing existing luminaires, slashing installation costs.
The product can be utilized as security lights for parks, roads, and sidewalks. It is also used for indoor and outdoor lighting for factories and workplaces. This particular product has acquired various certifications, including technology and design patents, KC Certification, High Efficiency Certification, CE mark, and ROHS.
The company also showcased the Ceiling Light. It is lauded for its 1301m/w light efficiency, and it can be used for factories, warehouses, exhibition halls, and stadiums.
Users of the product can enjoy energy savings of up to 68% compared to regular lights. It can also easily replace 250W metal halide lamps and 110W LED lights. Installation is a breeze, as it weighs only 2.5kg and has ultra-slim design.
The 13th International LED & OLED EXPO is the largest exhibition that integrates lighting, equipment, components, and materials of LED and OLED. Two hundred forty companies from 13 different countries are running 550 booths.
Furthermore, it is expected to provide an opportunity for company officials and buyers to communicate with each other, and encourage the development of the domestic LED industry. A variety of events are on tap, including the 5th LED Industrial Forum, Export Counseling for invited foreign buyers, and High Technology Development Companies Government Award Ceremony.
