UNIQON(CEO Kim Min-Young), has attended `The 15th International LED & OLED EXPO 2017` which is being held from June 27th(Tue) to 29th(Thu) at hall 3 and 4 of exhibition hall 1, Ilsan KINTEX and introduced `Hub(Camera)` which is IoT LED lighting platform, `IoT Switch`, Bluetooth Mesh-Network Module and others.
If the UNIQON`s `IoT LED Lighting Platform` is applied to the existing LED lighting, that is being manufactured and distributed, it is possible to control On/Off, dimming and color temperature whenever and wherever in the world. It can implement a function that the market wants and also it is possible to do synchronization within the products of UNIQON. Separately from the LED manufactures, it enables coding, server and IoT for the existing LED lighting products without excessive development expenses.
Among those, `Hub(Camera)` not only does a role of hub that provides IoT function like remote control but also as there is camera, it is a product that can check in real-time whether the lighting has actually turned off.
In addition, `Bluetooth Mesh-Network Module` is a communication module that can be used in a wide building without communication line construction as it can wireless connect up to maximum 65,000 theoretically, since it does Bluetooth communication like stepping-stone within the LED lightings. UNIQON already has records of having partnership with Korean and Japanese LED lighting companies through KC, FCC, TELEC certification. From now on, it is expecting to cooperate with other manufacturers constantly.
In particular, to satisfy the various needs of the lighting market that the LED lighting manufacturers are experiencing, it is trying to realize customer satisfaction in the IoT LED lighting field based on wireless communication module, IoT hub development, and technology with operating skill on IoT in general.
Meanwhile, International LED & OLED EXPO 2017 is the largest LED & OLED specialized trade show in Korea with over 350 domestic and foreign companies participating. Also, during the exhibition, `Laser EXPO 2017` and `LED Industry forum 2017`, which invited the leading authorities of LED industries to explore the current status and development direction of LED industry, were held simultaneously.
