Meca Tech systems Co., Ltd. (CEO, Kim Gwangil) participated in 'International LED & OLED EXPO 2018' held from Jun. 26th(Tue) to 28th(Thur) at 3th and 4th hall of KINTEX in Iisan and showed 'Display drive test jig and Auto Socket'.
Meca Tech systems Co., Ltd. is a company that specializes in contact probe test sockets, and develops and manufacture semiconductor IC, camera module, LCD, and TSP module processing equipment. It is also a global hidden champion that has even established a corporation not only in Korea but also in in overseas such as China and Vietnam.
The 'display dive test jig' introduced at this exhibition is a jig that is used for the final test of small and medium sized LCD modules. This jig takes a charge of determining a good product using 'Probe Pin' when testing LCD and OLED displays. It can also be extended to 4 channels, and the surface flatness is 30um or less, which is usable to LCD modules and the SMD type.
The 'display drive test jig' independently developed by Meca Tech systems guarantees high productivity of products by simple operation using one internal cylinder. While the existing product test was to examine products by assembling a probe pin one by one, this display drive test jig is designed to test by just loading a probe pin to a pin block. It can test a product with just a simple check without worrying about failure of an internal probe pin inside a display, so the test reliability is high and it shows efficient productivity.
The display drive test jig is possible to run a drive test using a test pin freely in the display area regardless of whether it is an LCD, or an LED, or and OLED. The display drive test jig of Meca Tech systems is suitable to all drive test even though a new display is developed, and has a great advantage that it can maintain its influence within the market in the future.
