The Metal Frame is composed of a vertical insulation layer and an aluminum substrate that it has an excellent thermal radiation property. And it has an unique and simple design, LED could attached on Al substrate directly.

And the junction temperature of the LED decreased by hole of metal package substrate. Therefore, the Metal Frame showed an excellent thermal performance and a high light efficiency in LED devices. The Metal Frame would be one of the best thermal solution for LEDs, more simple, more powerful and more reliable.
