◈ 제품소개

    본 micro piezo JET dispensing system 과 micro spray system의 application은,

       - LED Chip on Dotting(COD), filling in pocket(reflector) of phosphors for White LED(natural, cool, warm)

       - Epoxy and Ag paste micro JET dispensing die bonding

       - Frit, polar, special micro sealing for LED and OLED process

       - Micro conformal spray coating for LED, OLED, SOLAR and SEMICONDUCTOR manufacturing process

       - Adhesive(cyanacrylates, UV glues, 2K adhesives, epoxy resins, filled adhesives), flux material, oil, grease, silver paste, nickel conductive paste and other electronic fields like flip-chip, underfill, dam and fill, SMT, PWB, RFID…etc
