AnyCasting Co., Ltd., a specialized company in the manufacture of LED optical lens has been awarded with LED & OLED EXPO 2017 New Technology Development Excellent Company part.

The technology that won the Prime Mister`s Award this time, is a technology optimized for lens design, which is the key point of optical lens design technology for illumination. Through the optimal analysis of the correlation between optical design, precision of mold, corrosion and sanding treatment, the technology to optimize the uniformity of the optical quality and the extreme decrease and increase of the optical orientation angle has been secured. Then, the application of the optimum injection condition suitable for this is systematized, and the surface roughness and the shape precision of the lens are attained to the highest level in the world. Based on this, the average luminance and the luminance uniformity can be obtained as high as possible.

Through this LED & OLED EXPO, it is planning to exhibit 4pcs and 8 pcs arrangement street light and total reflection lens that are used widely in overseas lighting market as well as 10 pcs and 12 pcs arrangement standard street light by the Korea Expressway Corporation and each local government.

AnyCasting is maintaining number 1 in the market share for 5 consecutive years. Based on this, it is actively attending the overseas main exhibitions to enter the overseas market from few years ago.
