Taebi introduced electroless LED converter lineup with long life (over 100,000 hours) and outstanding temperature range (-60℃~90℃) at LED & OLED EXPO 2019, which runs June 25-27 at KINTEX.

Converters should be able to handle high temperature and require long life in case of encountering poor environment. But, other converters have electrolyte, so when the temperature goes down to below zero, the electrolyte might freeze or the performance may drop due to the changes in the characteristics. This gives negative effects to the life of the LED lighting as well. Also, frequent malfunction after installing the LED cause high maintenance cost.

The electroless converter developed by Taebi does not contain electrolyte, so it is not affected much by temperature, and guarantees over 100,000 hours of life.

In addition, surge protection according to lightning is possible. Especially due to outstanding temperature range, it has successfully completed the -60 °C cryogenic test and 90 °C high-temperature test through the accredited certification body. By submitting the test report to overseas customers, it proved the superiority of the converter for its outstanding temperature range, and the overseas customers were very satisfied with the quality of the products.
