Newmatech Company has established in 2001 with full experience from semiconductor market and started sales offer for equipment and consumable product. As an agent of TAKATORI Corp. in Korea we could correspond to our customer’s requirement regarding to the MWS machine and its all related main spare parts. Also we have begun to localize them from that time.

In 2006 extended factory to Jincheon, in earnest we could start manufacture with NMT own technology Slicing-Lapping-Polishing specially. For these processing we made extra Test room and this led to close and continuance relationship with interior major sapphire wafer manufacturer.

In 2009 incorporated a firm and organized a venture business with self-developed new equipment.

Furthermore we, special study development part are keep trying to find new technical business field of semiconductor. 

It is our aim to be powerful company but small who can contribute to the field of LED industry and Solar part further.

The requirements for precision cutting machines have risen in conjunction with the progressive development  of LED and power semiconductors. As a specialized maker of precision cutting (slicing) equipment (wire saws) for sapphire and SiC substrates, typically hard and brittle materials, and also solar panels, This equipment is focused on increasing the quality of cutting process technologies. Through these efforts, the company is contributing to the achievement of a low-carbon society.
