Equipment BU of GIGALANE company has been developing competitive high technology plasma etching system for semiconductor and MEMS applications since 2000 starting from RIE system. We developed LED PSS and GAN etcher which is now used for mass production. ◈ Product Description

MAXIS300LAH is a system for PSS and GaN etch process.

The system with a technology of semiconductor has a own special plasma source, optimized chamber design in LED process and special tray with cooling system. By having good process performances, this has nominated as a World No.1 item by Korea  Ministry of knowledge Economy in 2012. In 2013 We got a award of “ new technology developing excellent company” with LED Etcher.
