LCD Shipments Jump 68% In Q3

The research group Display Search reported that LCD desktop monitor shipments increased at a faster then expected rate during the third quarter. Display Search, an NPD Group company, said monitor shipments rose 68 percent to 28.4 million, compared to the same period the previous year.
