SEMICON TEST (Company) is established in Feb. 1996. It is a tester manufacturing company having Tester Design Base Technologies. It has developed LED Tester, Discrete Tester, IC Device Tester by its own technologies. From 1998, it started main production of Testers and developed various specifications of Board and Circuits. Throughout it the Company makes it possible to adept new environmental Tester System development. Also the Company is increasing the Reliability of the tester system.
