With excellent performance over the 30 years, YS-Thermtech has been one of the leading furnace manufacturers in Korea with the large market share in flat panel display, powder metallurgy and vacuum system.

From 2005, we found renewable energy division as next generated business. Solar system integration, equipment development such as ingot puller, cell metallization, and automated module assemble turnkey system, and thin film process development on a-Si, CdTe, CIGS, DSSC for enlarge business area in order to be the first and best market advisor.

Also, We recently launch Metal PCB base plate and TFMP for LED Lighting in the advanced material market.

◈Products

At present, dielectric material of MPCB base-plate is film type, but this film is limited to meet all of the condition. To have, the high withstand voltage, It should have twice thickness of the film layer(About 200㎛).  It causes low thermal conductivity, low peel strength and price rise.

YSTT developed CMS (Coated Metal Substrate) that can be fulfill conditions such as high thermal conductivity (Max: 10W/mK), high peel strength (Min: 2kgf/cm) and high withstand voltage (Min: 4kv) by applying new material and process of producing dielectric layer.  

YSTT developed innovative process (repeated print-and-dry, without producing the film) on applying dielectric layer which is able to reduce the cost. In addition, YSTT product is certified on different type of reliability requirements by customer demands (UL certification, ROHS, Halogen Free).

 For the future, YS-Thermtech will research and develop more stable and efficient MPCB base-plate with studying circuit base-plate for LED package.
