We developed LED PSS and GAN etcher which is now used for mass production. Over the past years, we fostered our product to go to the market abroad, consequently we have made distric but or ship and strategic engagement with foreign companies to be a global best company, moreover we are working on the new business field. MAXIS 300L series is for LED Oversea is using MAXIS300L series for PSS and GAN etch.

The sales share in the world is reached at 70% over in new investment market for recent 1 year. The target sales record in next year is 100 systems.
