are liable for any damage and loss to the exhibits during the
show. Exhibitors need to ensure customs inspection,
cross-checking of the information, state of the goods,
quantity on arrival, return and transfer. |

| All exhibitors must be insured to cover for accidents related to the exhibition from the departure point to the arrival point. |

| For a prompt and precise return process, the exhibitors must fill out and submit a Disposal Instruction Form. |
